Accessing the Property
Use the 4-digit code sent to you on the day of arrival to open the key safe. The silver key will open the roller door, then use the gold key to open the side door inside. Please ensure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises.

House Manual
We have supplied a guidebook amongst your presents in the house. This will help you with all other requests such as using the BBQ, Washing Machine, AC, etc.
House Rules
- Check-in is any time after 3 pm, and departure time is 11 am.
- No Pets, please.
- All linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels).
- Beds are made up ready for your arrival.
- It is important that the number of people booked in are the only people staying. If you need to alter the number please advise us. There are 2 Queen beds. Maximum number of guests is 4. No additional beds are to be set up. There is a porta cot and a high-chair for babies. Please request if this needs to be set up.
You will be charged $50 per person per night if more people are staying than what are booked in.
- Sea of Vines Aldinga is not serviced during your stay. For stays longer than 1 week, you may request a service for a fee, or this may be part of your agreement.
- Sea of Vines Aldinga has a no-party policy. Visitors are allowed for reasons of picking up but not to inhabit the property. Guests will be evicted immediately with no refunds given.
- No smoking or vaping is permitted at all. If there is evidence you will be charged $95
- We request that the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy manner including washing & drying any dirty dishes, removing all rubbish, bottles, food and personal items & the BBQ. Extra cleaning costs will be incurred by the guest if this is not the case.
- Sea of Vines Aldinga is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to guests’ property.
- Faults and/or damages must be reported to the owner immediately. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and its contents.
- Sea of Vines Aldinga is authorised to deduct monies to cover the cost of additional/excess cleaning, damages, repairs, replacement of goods, late departures or any other breaches of these terms and conditions.
- Any Additional Fees will be charged to guests’ credit card facilities upon departure and a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed.
